Standing 172 centimetres tall – six centimetres below the show’s supposed minimum height requirement - Sinadinovic is the shortest of this season’s 12 hopefuls but hopes to make up for it with her ‘‘huge’’ personality.
The part-time wedding reception waitress said living in close confines with the other contestants had given rise to some controversial moments, including a misunderstanding over some ‘‘undies’’.
‘‘There was some clashing between the big personality girls, but ... they were only over little stuff like the kitchen being untidy,’’ she said.
‘‘It was hard to be in a house of 12 girls; it’s just me and my dad normally.’’
Now 19, Sinadinovic transferred from St Mary’s College to Keira High in year 9.
She quit school for good in year 10 in order to pursue modelling.
‘‘I was wagging school too much,’’ she said.
‘‘I was with an agency and they were sending me castings in school hours and I chose to go to the castings instead.’’
She has secured some freelance modelling jobs but is looking to the show to give her career a shot in the arm.
The show screens on Fox 8 on Thursdays, 7.30pm.
