The Sharks beat South Sydney 24-16 in the under 18s SG Ball competition, plus are premiers in the under 16s Harold Matthews Cup following a 30-16 grand final win over Parramatta.
It is the first time the Sharks have won both elite junior rep crowns in the one season.
The Illawarra Steelers and St George missed out on the finals in both competitions, played over nine rounds.
St George and the Steelers were one win out of the top-eight finals in SG Ball, placing ninth and 10th respectively.
The clubs were top of the table midway through the season but then had a string of losses.
In the Harold Matthews Cup the Steelers were 10th, while St George struggled and finished one place off the bottom in 15th spot.
The SG Ball Cup and Harold Matthews Cup are elite junior NSWRL competitions and a nursery for talent aiming to play in the NRL.
