Police have charged a man with murder following the discovery of a body at Braidwood this morning.
Police allege that about 4.45am today, two men were involved in an altercation at a property near Braidwood.
Officers from Monaro Local Area Command attended and located the body of a 51-year-old man.
Police later arrested a 41-year-old man in the Braidwood area and this evening charged him with murder.
The man was refused bail to appear in Queanbeyan Local Court tomorrow.
