Soraya McCann, 11, and Xia Lian Wilson were first in the Poems For Two 12 years and under section.
Soraya's younger siblings Jahzara, 7, and Jude, 10, came second in the same section with their expressive rendition of a poem titled Fishing.
The three McCann children learn speech and drama through their grandmother Anette McCann, a teacher who owns the educational company Litcon.
The siblings attend The Illawarra Grammar School with Jude in Year 4, Jahzara Year 2, and Soraya Year 6.
The children's mother Helen McCann said everyone was thrilled with their performances at the eisteddfod.
"The kids are always happy after they have performed," she said.
"They are always proud of themselves and even if they don't get a place it's good to see what they can work on.
"It's just wonderful for every child to have that experience and it's an achievement to remember all your lines."
Mrs McCann said speech and drama classes had helped her children develop their memory, language and reading skills.
"There are some really nice books to choose from and I just find with all this technology in this generation that reading is not as prevalent as it used to be years ago," she said.
"There are real benefits in having to learn a piece and then developing the confidence to get up in front of an audience and speak it."
And the eisteddfod hasn't seen the last of the McCann children. The three will also participate in the singing and piano sections, and Jahzara will compete in dance sessions in July.
