Another child approach incident has been reported in the region, with police investigating an incident at Nowra on Monday where a man tried to lure a girl into his car.

The nine-year-old girl was walking along Walsh Crescent in Nowra about 2pm on Monday, when a vehicle pulled up alongside her.
The male driver called out to the girl and attempted to entice her into his car.
The girl managed to run home and alert her parents, who contacted police.
The man is described as being aged in his late 20s to early 30s, with a medium build, brown hair and brown eyes.
The man was wearing a white hooded-jumper and spoke with a croaky voice.
He was driving a blue four-door sedan.
Police from Shoalhaven Local Area Command are investigating the incident and are are appealing for public assistance in an attempt to identify and locate the man involved.

This latest child approach incident follows a series of reports of children being approached by strangers in the Illawarra. Since April 28 there have been child approach incidents reported in Coledale, Gwynneville, Tarrawanna, Bulli, Thirroul, Unanderra, Barrack Heights and Figtree. Police believe several of the northern suburbs approaches to be linked.
