Shellharbour's home game against Nowra has been transferred, while another Division One game in AFL South Coast seniors may also need to be moved in a rain-marred round 12 on Saturday.
Shellharbour and Nowra are both one win outside fourth spot with their clash at Jock Brown Oval moved to Port Kembla's Kully Bay Oval late Friday.
Wollongong City Council will make a decision on Saturday morning regarding Northern Districts' home clash against Wollongong Bulldogs at Hollymount Park.
If Hollymount Park is deemed playable then the Norths v Bulldogs senior match is unaffected, but if the Woonona ground is closed, the 2014 grand finalists will play at Kully Bay Oval in a first grade double-header.
AFL South Coast official Max Avery confirmed that Jock Brown Oval was closed on Friday due to heavy rain over the past 48 hours.
Third-placed Norths won't get a better opportunity to beat second-placed Bulldogs in a rematch of last season's grand final.
Norths beat the Bulldogs in round six but were effectively handed victory after the Bulldogs led by almost 10 goals in the final term but were stripped of their score for having an extra player on the field in the fourth term.
Six rounds on and Norths need to keep winning and face a Bulldogs team understrengthed due to the Wollongong University semester break.
The Bulldogs always face a tough few weeks due to the university break but the premiers showed their depth with a resounding six-goal home win over Shellharbour last Saturday.
Meanwhile, Norths are coming off a 10-goal win over Nowra after holding the Blues to just one goal in the first half.
In the other game, Kiama were spirited in a heavy loss to the Wollongong Lions last Saturday and host Bomaderry at Bonaira Oval.
Both clubs are on 10 points, two points behind Norths. The unbeaten Lions have the bye.
In Sydney AFL, the South Coast Thunder (3-9) are looking to post their fourth win of the season, away to the winless East Coast Eagles (0-11) in under-19s Division One on Saturday.
The Wollongong Saints Division One women's team are away to Sydney University Bombers.
