The Croome Road facility was packed to the rafters with riders from as far afield as Casino, Lismore, Batemans Bay and the ACT, with racers earning points towards a NSW state title - and a berth at the 2015 National BMX Titles in Bathurst.
Oak Flats ace Kirk Cleaven led the local charge claiming two trophies after winning the 13 Boys and 13-14 Boys Cruiser classes.
Cleaven will now join the Australian team in Belgium for the UCI BMX World Championships later this month.
"Finally, we got a break with the weather," said Southlake Illawarra BMX Club committee member Tim Robson. "Last year's event was a virtual washout, but we had nothing but blue skies and great racing all weekend.
"Our national-level track held up perfectly and we'll be applying to host a state round again in 2016, thanks to the support of partners like The Shellharbour Club."
Other local riders to do well included Zane Risorto (third in 10 Boys), Brendan Quirk (second in 14 Boys), Cody Fox (second in 16 Boys), and Emma O'Hearn, who was second in the 16 Girls, while riding as a 15-year-old).
Liverpool rider Blake Moore won the marquee 17+ Open Men's event, while Terrigal's Clare McNamara claimed the 17+ Open Women's trophy.
