Australian representative Dylan Skinner has become the second most prolific winner of NSW junior titles after skipping the Illawarra Fours side to victory in the NSW Junior State Championships at Warilla Bowling Club.

Skinner won his fifth state junior title and reached his ninth final in combining with Illawarra Zone 16 teammates Jayden Gebbie, Kate Davis and Jordan Taylor in beating Sydney South Zone 13, 24-18 in the fours final.
The game marked two personal milestones for 17-year-old Skinner who became the first player to have played in four consecutive NSW State Junior Fours finals and first player to have played in nine finals of NSW State Junior Championships.
Wiseman Park-based Skinner also drew level with former Australian rep star Cameron Curtis as the second most prolific winner of junior championships with five titles.
Current Australian star Aron Sherriff won six junior titles.
Dapto Citizens' Jordan Taylor also became the first player since Sherriff in 2002 to make at least the semi-finals in all three disciplines at a state junior championships.
Taylor reached the singles final and with Kate Davis made the semi-finals in the pairs.
Singles champion Jono Davis also is the first player in three decades to claim back-to-back State Junior Singles titles.
The Dubbo Railway teenager beat Taylor 31-29 in a great final to join former Australian representative Cameron Curtis in winning consecutive junior singles crowns.
Curtis won the NSW Junior Singles in 1986, 1987 and 1988.
