St George Illawarra fullback Josh Dugan will give evidence at Wednesday night's judiciary hearing that could result in Melbourne prop Jesse Bromwich being suspended for the rest of the season if he is found guilty of biting the NSW Origin star during last Saturday night's match in Napier.
