The Australian Turf Club will honour premiership winners and Jockeys Celebration Day as part of the opening meeting of the season at Rosehill on Saturday. Chris Waller will be presented with an award for his fifth consecutive premiership, while Hugh Bowman will be acknowledged in his absence, as he will be riding in Darwin. There will be a prayer and minute's silence held between race four and five to acknowledge fallen jockeys, and the colours of the National Jockeys Trust will be carried in every race.
