Limiting alcohol consumption is a good way to watch your calorie intake.
Some strategies I have found useful are:
■ Try not to drink alcohol during the working week;
■ Opt for sparkling water and fresh lime as an alternative;
■ Offer to drive in order to have a more socially acceptable reason for not drinking.
■ Weight loss - good
■ Optimism - high
■ Cravings - low
■ Energy - high
