Professor Alison Jones has decided to lose weight by joining the HealthTrack study, run by the Illawarra Health and Medical Research Institute, where she has the help of a team of researchers with expertise in nutrition, psychology, public health, exercise science and medicine who have put together a tailored plan to suit her needs.
