Wolves coach Jacob Timpano insists he will refrain from turning his attention elsewhere until South Coast fulfil their side of the bargain in a desperate last ditch attempt to make the finals on Sunday.
South Coast need Rockdale City Suns to drop points to Bonnyrigg White Eagles and win their match against Marconi Stallions at WIN Stadium to book a spot in the top-five.
With all matches on the final day of the season kicking-off simultaneously, they will know by full-time if their season will be extended by another week.
"I will worry about what we are doing first and if we are in a position to start thinking about what is going on around us, I might have a bit of a look but we don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves," Timpano said.
"We need to make sure we do what we can control and then if that is going well then we can probably check elsewhere."Three straight wins has the Wolves in touching distance of the top-five.
They are one point behind the Suns, but hold a far inferior goal difference.
It means only a win would give them a chance of securing an unlikely finals foray. They were 10-points adrift of finals football at the halfway point of the season.
"We have had a brilliant second half and put ourselves in a position a lot of people wouldn't have thought we would be in. Now we are at that final hurdle we don't want to miss the opportunity to potentially make the finals," Timpano said.
Zac MacKenzie is set to return as the holding midfielder which will more than likely see Darcy Madden slide into central defence.
On paper, the final test is the ideal match-up for the Wolves.
Marconi have won just twice this season and are 10-points behind their nearest rival in the top flight.
But Timpano is adamant they will be up for the clash.
"They probably aren't as bad a team as the table suggests because they haven't been touched up by any teams," Timpano said.
James O'Rourke will be missing from the match after picking up a red card last week while David Stojic also sits out through suspension.
