Jerrara Dam is on red alert and the SES is directing residents living in areas downstream of the dam to evacuate immediately.

NSW SES advises that dam failure is imminent with residents in Mt Brandon Road, Jerrara Road and Jamberoo Road most likely to be affected.

The NSW SES is directing residents within these areas to evacuate as soon as possible as roads may become congested or closed.
