Skinner beat the Zone 15 representative, 25-11 to finish fifth in the Singles, while in the Pairs, Goncalves-Taylor had a tense 18-17 win over Zone 2 in their fifth place decider.
Illawarra had a second side at the two-day titles with Corrimal's Jarrod Beckford finishing ninth overall in Singles and Warilla's Kayleigh Darlington and Courtney Sopher also ninth in Pairs.
Warilla's Ryan Noronha, Darren Gumley, Noel Stopher (skip) and Dapto's Chloe Koziol combined in the Fours to win one of their sectional games and then both their matches in the 13th to 16th playoffs to be placed 13th overall.
