Built just over two years ago, the architecturally designed home in Headland Parade backs directly on to popular Little Lake.
Mark Spinelli from Spinelli Real Estate said Headland Parade was a highly desirable location due to its close proximity to Little Lake, the Barrack Point headland, Warilla beach and Shellharbour North beach.
“This street has always been pretty popular,” Mr Spinelli said.
“It’s a sought after spot because you have two surfing beaches right there and there is swimming at Little Lake and walking tracks around to the headland.
“Coming into summer it’s the best spot to be.”
The three-bedroom home is open and spacious with huge windows at the rear to take full advantage of the waterfront views of Little Lake.
High pitched ceilings and open plan design allow the living and dining areas to flow easily to the modern kitchen which includes a solid caesar stone island bench and a large butler’s pantry.
Mr Spinelli said no expense had been spared on the owner built home which he described as being “well thought out” with quality inclusions and the “best of everything” over two levels.
Luxury features include zoned ducted air conditioning, a remote control gas fireplace and remote control electric blinds on the exterior of the home.
“It’s pretty rare to find this kind of quality in this position. Everyone loves this location and the quality of the home is pretty unique.”
The property is a two minute drive to Shellharbour Village, five minute drive to Stockland Shellharbour and 15 muinutes to Wollongong.
He said the home is ideal for mature people looking for a luxurious low maintenance property.
“It has a nice open plan, it’s low maintenance, the main bedroom is on the ground floor and everything you need is on that bottom floor.”
Property prices in the street have been steadily climbing over the past 12 months.
Data from Australian Property Monitors, shows that in June, 2015 a home at nearby 5 Headland Parade sold at auction for $852,000, while in May a home at 19 Headland Parade sold for $820,000. Last November, a home at 7 Headland Parade sold for $795,000.
Mr Spinelli said the home could be viewed by private inspection. Interested buyers are invited to contact him to discuss offers around $1.5 million.
