A man remained trapped in his car for an hour after his car slammed into a telegraph pole at Gerroa.

NSW Ambulance paramedics were called to the crash, on Fern Street near Seven Mile Beach Caravan Park, about 2.10pm Friday.
They found the 24-year-old driver confined by the car’s wreckage, with a fractured arm and a fractured leg.
He was freed with the assistance of Kiama SES volunteers and later airlifted to St George Hospital.
