Backlash is brewing against Bindi's Irwin's stellar run on Dancing with the Stars as angry fans say they are tired of the young star receiving perfect scores from "biased" judges.
The 17-year-old television presenter has slayed the competition and is a favourite to win the US dancing show after receiving perfect scores from the judges in the past two weeks.
Despite the legion of fans Bindi won with her heartfelt performances dedicated to her late father, some have started to turn, accusing the conservationist of receiving favouritism from judges who overlook her mistakes.
Angry fans accused the competition of being rigged and the judges of having already chosen Bindi to win as she received her perfect scores with dance partner Derek Hough on Tuesday's episode.
One of the biggest gripes with Dancing fans is that Derek Hough's sister, Julianne Hough, is one of the show's three judges.
"Of course Julianne didn't see Bindi mess up," one unimpressed viewer tweeted. "Her scoring is biased and ridiculous. Get a new judge."
Wrote another person: "How is Derek's sibling a judge for this competition? Where is the integrity in that?"
Despite being praised by some viewers for being a role model and having the biggest drive and determination in the competition, others called the judging panel "a joke" and threatened to blacklist the show after Bindi's perfect score.
"You have lost a viewer. I am sick of this show. Just give Bindi the mirrorball already...yall aren't even subtle anymore."
"Gosh @DancingABC judges are a joke! Bindi could go out there and just sit and they'd give her all 10's!"
The backlash comes just weeks after the teen made headlines after she dedicated a flawless dance routine to her father Steve Irwin before breaking down in the arms of Hough.
The inspirational environmentalist seems unfazed by the criticism, continuing to build her profile this week with appearances on programs such as The Ellen Show and being listed as one of the world's most influential teens in TIME magazine.
