Creek suffered a concussion in the second quarter of the 36rs 89-65 win over Townsville last week when he was felled by an errant elbow from Crocs centre Brian Conklin.
Conklin, who attracted scrutiny for breaking the jaw of Perth captain Damian Martin with a similar move two weeks ago, was suspended for three games (two suspended) by the NBL tribunal for the shot.
Creek sat out Adelaide’s 94-88 loss to the Wildcats on Wednesday and appears set to miss another match against the Hawks on Saturday.
The 36rs pushed Perth on their home floor but coach Joey Wright said poor defence in the opening half cruelled their chances.
“(Conceding) 59 points in the first half is ridiculous,” Wright said.
“We tried to claw our way back against a team, its going to be tough (but) we did.”
