A man has been charged after cocaine and ecstasy were allegedly found at a Wollongong unit block on Tuesday.

Police responded to reports of drug activity at a block of units on Virginia Street at 1.45pm.
They searched the site and arrested a 25-year-old man as he returned to the complex.
Police allegedly found an amount of cash behind the unit block and several packages containing 1567 grams of methamphetamine and 342 grams of MDMA (Ecstasy) within the building.
More packages, containing an additional 122 grams of methamphetamine and 46 grams of cocaine, were also located hidden in a garden bed, police said.
The man was taken to Wollongong police station and charged with possess large commercial quantity of prohibited drug; possess commercial quantity of prohibited drug; possess indictable quantity of prohibited drug; and deal with proceeds of crime
He was refused bail to appear before Port Kembla Local Court on Wednesday.
