Dragons captain Ben Creagh has welcomed the addition of some tall timber next year after being forced to play above his weight up front in recent seasons.

Creagh is not small by any means at 190cm and 105 kgs but remains light by NRL front-rower’s standards particularly when he was, at time, the biggest man on the paddock for the Dragons.
That certainly won’t be the case this year with Russell Packer, Mose Masoe, Dunamis Lui and Sebastine Ikahihifo joining the club to share the load in the middle.
“I think the club’s bought extremely well over the off-season,” Creagh said.
“Bringing guys like Mose and Russell in to compliment guys like Mike Cooper and Leeson [Ah Mau] who are 108 kilos up to 130-kilo front-rowers...it’s the kind of depth we needed in the team.
“They’re the type of big bodies we need to be able to compete with some of the bigger forward packs in the competition.
“That’s really exciting for our team for next year.”
