Police have now recovered the final body of the three men who went missing last week when their boat capsized in St Georges Basin.
About 8am, the body, believed to be that of a 19-year-old Ashcroft man, was found 200 metres from the Erowal Bay shoreline.
The man has not been formally identified, police said.
Yesterday, the bodies of two men, believed to be a 34-year-old Liverpool man and a 38-year-old Sanctuary Point man who went missing on Monday, September 17, were found in waters near Erowal Bay.
At 10.30am Sussex Inlet NSW Marine Rescue volunteers located a body at Bream Beach, next to Wrights Beach.
Then at 4.15pm a police aboard the police launch found another body off Erowal Bay.
A police spokesman said it was believed they are from the group that went missing last week.
“Detectives and forensic services personnel were at the scene.
“A report will be prepared for the coroner,” he said.
Four men were in a dinghy when it overturned at Erowal Bay late on Sunday, September 16. The men had set out from Sanctuary Point boat ramp around 10.30pm.
A 22-year-old man was rescued on a paddle board by a local resident, who heard his cries for help around 2.30am.
