The Frat has been collecting presents under a Christmas Giving Tree for Southern Youth and Family Services.
“We wanted to help this Illawarra based not-for-profit organisation support young people in crisis,” marketing manager Emma Barber said.
“Because of our history of members supporting us and helping the club through hard times...we have come out the other side and we really wanted to give back to the community by supporting those less fortunate.”
The club put more than 100 gift tags on the tree that were all used.
Diana Petlikovski said the gifts were being distributed across residential and outreach services for young people and families. The Fraternity Club is one of many businesses helping out this year top help meet the growing demand.
