Leased signs by First National Real Estate in Nowra have appeared on the apartment building which was opened in April last year.
Located next to the reception area, the restaurant is on ground level facing Kinghorne Street.
The South Coast Register understands a development approval for the restaurant is currently before Shoalhaven City Council.
It is aimed to have the restaurant, which will seat between 40 and 45 guests, open by Easter in late March.
The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner and in the future for breakfast to cater for apartment guests.
The $8.5 million Quest serviced apartments, on the corner of Kinghorne and Plunkett streets, opened its four-storey block of 81 serviced apartments in April last year, offering studio, one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments.
The lease announcement follows news of a planned $788,000 redevelopment on another high profile Nowra location on the corner of Moss Street and Princes Highway to upgrade the Aqua Service pool and spa shop.
Shoalhaven City Council is also spending more than $400,000 to replace the footpath on the western side of Kinghorne Street continuing the Nowra CBD Revitalisation Strategy.
