A prime Kiama business site will be auctioned later this month. Once home to the Kiama Clothing Mill, the site at 131 Manning St includes two properties to be sold as one. Harry Kersten from Raine and Horne Commercial Wollongong, said the property facing Manning Street was currently in a three year lease with Furniture One. The vacant lot behind the store, with a Farmer St entrance, is on a separate title.

Together the site totals 2075 square metres. Both properties are zoned residential, with the opportunity to develop the rear property now, and the rest of the site later. The auction will be held on February 27.
