Mountain bike rider suffers facial injuries
A 35-year-old mountain bike rider was taken to Wollongong Hospital with minor facial injuries after coming off his bike while riding down a steep track on Mount Keira on Sunday.

Ambulance NSW Illawarra district officer Inspector Terry Morrow said officers were called at 3pm after reports a rider had come off his bike and hit his head.
“Due to the location, our special operations paramedics attended,” Insp Morrow said.
He said the man was wearing a helmet.
