In my coaching practice as a self empowerment and relationship specialist I teach what works for me in creating my desired life. This week I would like to share three of my top tips so you too can start to create your reality.
1. Get Writing
Place your mind at a point in your future, maybe one, five or 10 years from now and imagine yourself in your most perfect life. Title your page “Today I Smile Because” and start writing. Write freely, authentically and with passion, so when you re-read it your face lights up! Include who and what you want in your life and anything else you would like to incorporate between now and then.
Place this page where you can read it daily. The process of manifestation has begun!
2. Choose Your Focus
Imagine walking into a darkened warehouse with a torch. You shine your torch into the back left corner. You see a big pile of negativity. You then shine your torch into the back right corner and you view a big pile of positivity. When you switch on the main light and illuminate the whole warehouse, you will see that negativity and positive exist simultaneously, but what you choose to focus on you will see. What you see is what you gravitate towards and this becomes your experience of life.
3. Take Action
Do something today that will bring you closer to your desired life. This will create a sense of familiarity with your desired way of being. Any perceived fear around change will dissolve as you realise that by taking gradual, consistent steps, change is more exciting and achievable, than overwhelming and impossible. Enjoy living your dreams!
