Well guess what I certainly don't.
Now you know what it has been like for the people of the Shellharbour area trying to get their messages across to you.
I think they may call that karma.

WELCOME PEOPLE
The angry tirade in Craig Ferguson's letter (Illawarra Mercury, February 2, 2016) left me scratching my head.
He has missed the point I made in a previous letter that we should show some leeway on special events with parking, so that we can promote our tourist industry.
Linking Father's Day and the Ramadan with “special events” is somewhat over the top.
Judging by his letter, I think Craig Ferguson would make an ideal Parking Ranger, if he is not already doing this job.
Many years ago, we had the “Brown Bombers” with a yellow chalk stick marking tyres from 9am to 5pm.
The good old foot soldier, not always a popular person, but we knew he had to do a job.
I feel that now the parking rangers have become a money-making industry working overtime on special events to “make a few bob” with cameras in hand.
But during daytime hours, in Market Square where I live, cars park all day in a two-hour parking “sign-posted area”.
Some car owners are in school all day. This kind of inconsistency makes me wonder what is going on.
The bottom line is, that Wollongong needs visitors.

SINGING A NEW TUNE
I just listened to “Barrister Bill” (Shorten) bleating about health funds going up under Liberal.
At least the Health Minister is asking for a price rise to be justified or reduced.
I remember under Labor's Health Minister Tanya Plibersek, the price going up seven per cent per annum and nothing was said by Barrister Bill or the Labor party.
If both side of government are wondering why people are leaving private health funds – we don't need an enquiry, people cannot afford them.
Private health funds have put prices up about 24 per cent over the last four years.
Over the last four years I have had a two-and-a-half per cent pay rise which equates to 50 cents per hour.
So while working people struggle to survive, Liberal and Labor try to score points.

WAITING TOO LONG
December 2014 Health Minister Jillian Skinner arrived in Berry escorted by our local member Gareth Ward.
The reason for the visit happened to be the announcement of the government's’ intention to build a $5 million ambulance station within town limits.
At the time Mrs Skinner said: “This is a commitment from me that will start now”.
An enthusiastic Mr Ward followed up with.
“Should the $5 million prove insufficient for buying a site and the build, Mrs Skinner’s door will be knocked on if more money is required”.
With a nod of the head, Mrs Skinner said the announcement was not an empty election promise.
So there you have it Gareth.
To date the residents of Berry have something missing – it’s called a $5 million ambulance station complete with ambulance and crew.
I put the ambulance and crew “bit in” just in case your intentions were to only build the station.
The time has come for action twelve months is a long wait.
