The Flinders and Gipps street intersection has seen two accidents in recent days.
On Thursday, a motorcyclist was taken to hospital with a broken leg and fractured ribs, after a collision.
The accident saw southbound lanes of Flinders Street closed to traffic.
On Saturday, there was a two-car accident involving young children at the intersection – fortunately no one was taken to hospital.
The busy intersection is used by drivers looking to turn into Gipps Street to access the Bunnings car park.
An RMS spokesman did not say it would install a right-turn arrow at the intersection.
“All suggestions to improve traffic flow and safety are considered and Roads and Maritime Services will continue to monitor the Flinders and Gipps street intersection to identify any potential future improvements,” the spokesman said.
