The Dragons have a remarkable record against the New Zealand club, having won their past 11 games. Their last loss came in 2007 and St George Illawarra have won 19 of 23 games overall and 15 of the past 16.
The Warriors were thrashed 42-0 by Melbourne after beating the Bulldogs in New Zealand the previous week. They are 13th on the ladder, two points behind the Dragons.
“They’re a real physical side,” McGregor said.
“We’re going to have to match up front, it’s going to be a real contest.
“We’ve got a good record against the Warriors and we want to keep it that way.”
It’s also a final chance for players to push for representative selection in the Pacific island nations games and NSW City-Country clash.
