Spokeswonan Kassandra Boess said they wanted to “give back” to society and will perform at cafes, bars, on the street, as well as one major event with other local choirs invited from the region.

The choral group has grown from a small few to now more than 45 members aged up to 70.

Southern Lights were crowned the Australasian Choir Champions in Melbourne in 2015.
