Police allege Alison Louise Muller, 46, was working for the businesses, all owned by the same man, when she either overpaid herself as an employee or transferred money to her own company or onto her credit card  on multiple occasions between February 2010 and April 2014.

Police allege during the four year period Muller overpaid herself $22,000 in wages from Lawn Lovers and $13,000 from Green Propeller Pty Ltd.

She is also accused of transferring $31,000 to her ANZ credit card from Rogers Turf Grass, moving $1500 of Lawn Lovers money into another bank account (in the name of her own business) and “double paying” an invoice for Green Propeller to herself, valued at $1254.

A further charge relates to claims Muller transferred a total of $56,131 from various businesses onto her ANZ credit card during the four year period.

Court papers also claim Muller submitted documents for a National Australia Bank Qantas business card for the allocation of a Qantas Frequent Flyer point program, with the intention of gaining a “financial advantage” by directing the frequent flyer points to her account instead of the business owner.

It is alleged Muller received 71,560 points in 298 individual transactions.

Muller appeared in Nowra Local Court this week charged with 11 counts of dishonestly obtaining a financial advantage by deception and one count of publishing false misleading material to obtain an advantage.

She did not enter pleas to any of the charges.

The case will return to court on May 23.
