Just days after Illawarra players featured heavily at the Western Sydney Wanderers awards night, Jurman topped the voting for the Sky Blues A-League Player of the Year as well as the Players’ Player of the Year and Members’ Player of the Year.
The 26-year-old is just the second player to collect all three titles after Milos Dimitrijevic completed the feat two season ago.
Jurman was a standout in the heart of Sydney FC’s defence, missing just two matches throughout the campaign.
“It’s a big honour to take home these awards,” Jurman said.
“It was great to hold down my position this year and not miss too many games, I felt my performances were good and I’m proud to be recognized with these three awards.
“I’d like to thank the fantastic Sydney FC Members and fans for your support, your backing has been excellent all season and has helped us achieve a piece of history for the club in the Champions League.”
Jurman and Sydney FC recently qualified for the round of 16 of the Asian Champions League where they will face Shandong Luneng.
