A sixth minute goal from Yuseke Ueda was enough for the visitors to run away with the points at Tarrawanna Oval.
Ueda took advantage when Blueys goalkeeper David Hamilton was stranded off his line to score from well outside the box into an open net.
The 1-0 lead held until half time and Olympic were able to the Blueys attack in the second stanza while still creating chances of their own.
It ensured they picked up three valuable points which helped them jump Picton Rangers into fifth on the ladder on goal difference.
Picton lost the following day to the high-flying ladder leaders Kemblawarra.
In Saturday’s other matches, Bulli bounced back from their first loss the campaign with a 1-0 win over Port Kembla, South Coast United beat Woonona 3-1 and Albion Park hammered Shell Cove 5-1.
