The Cowboys will travel to WIN Stadium in round 11 notably missing future Immortal Johnathan Thurston, Matt Scott, James Tamou and Michael Morgan.
But Lui expects the defending premiers will still pack a punch without several of their leading men.
“The Cowboys will field a good team whoever lines-up for them as they still have forwards in the likes of Jason Taumalolo and Ben Hannant in the middle,” he told the club’s website.
“Nothing is going to change in our preparation as we’re still going to work hard and make sure we come out and get those two points.
“It’ll be good to play at home at WIN Stadium as we have only played the one game there so far this season and on that occasion we got the two points against the Penrith Panthers.”
