It has been reported that Apple's iPad Mini will be unveiled on October 23.
Dow Jones technology website, AllThingsD, said Apple will announce the highly-anticipated gadget on a Tuesday, breaking the company's usual protocol of making announcements about products on Wednesdays.
Rumours have swirled about the iPad Mini for months, with reports that 10 millions iPad Mini units have been ordered for production, however, Apple have so far refused to comment.
The unveiling will come two days before Apple releases its quarterly earnings.
The iPad Mini is expected to have a screen measuring 20 centimetres compared to the iPad's 24.6 centimetres.
