Mr Park was disappointed at the lack of funds and will push for the money.
“Memorial Drive is a key linkage for our community,” Mr Park said.
“It means that people can commute into Wollongong and up to Sydney with minimum delay, reducing congestion and improving safety.”
A Roads and Maritime Services spokesman said it was preparing corridor strategies for roads requiring action.
“Memorial Drive, a section of the Princes Highway through Bulli and part of Lawrence Hargrave Drive, will be included in the Thirroul to Unanderra Corridor Strategy,” he said.
