A list of conditions were given to Cove when they were handed 'provisional' status to the Illawarra Premier League last November which FSC believe haven't been met.
Issues are believed to relate to the club’s struggling youth grade team.
The two, three point deductions have been to Cove's first grade competition total.
Cove are disappointed by the decision.
“We requested a meeting with Football South Coast in an effort to resolve the issues and determined where they could assist and they refused to meet with us,” Bojlevski said.
“We as a club feel let down by the handling the situation and feel treated unfairly. We are all volunteers who are working for the community.
“As a club we were hoping to contend for finals and now we are fighting for relegation.
“The kids and the parents are devastated that the youth grade results are impacting our first grade. I feel FSC didn’t think through the ramifications of imposing these conditions on us.”
Cove intend to pursue legal avenues if the situation deteriorates.
The six point total deduction leaves them last in the Illawarra Premier League on eight competition points.
As a result, the club is now locked in a relegation fight as they trail 11th placed Cringila by two points.
The club’s youth grade is languishing at the foot of the league with no points through their opening 14 matches and 111 goals conceded.
