Twenty-four singers aged from 11 to 19, some of whom have never sung outside their home base in Melbourne, will perform at venues along the east coast in an extensive tour.
The choir, led by artistic director and conductor Andrew Wailes, will perform at Wollongong’s “The Church on the Mall” on Friday July 1.
The mixed-voice treble choir, founded in 1976, has established an enviable reputation for its refined performances, the quality of its varied repertoire and an ongoing commitment to excellence in musical education.
Many of its former members have gone on to pursue successful musical careers.
