Slam poet Lorin Elizabeth will host Say It Sing It from 6pm, with feature artists Rose Cole and Ratsack performing.
At 13-years-old, Rose Cole has an ever expanding repertoire of original songs that she has recently recorded, performing from the Illawarra to Sydney and the Southern Highlands.
Meantime Ratsack grew up in the Northern Illawarra, his upbringing including many community theatre experiences, and years later while living in the US; he discovered the spoken word genre.
Local cafes will hold pop-up performances during the event, hosted by the South Coast Writers Centre and Wollongong City Council, along with discounted items.
