He hasn't had much sleep, but Illawarra's own Gangnam Style star Trent Potter is all saddled up and ready to catch a glimpse of his hero.
A 3am start today and a hefty dose of the flu didn't rein in the enthusiasm of the home-grown groover, desperate to see Korean pop sensation Psy in the flesh.
"I hope I get to meet him, that would be the best," Trent said yesterday before catching a train to Sydney.

He managed to coax his mum into a day off school to see the man of the moment, whose video clip of the modern-day Macarena has already clocked up more than 430 million views on YouTube.
Trent has packed his own dinner jacket, glasses and bow tie to look the part just in case he gets the chance to join Psy on stage.

The thousands of Wollongong Hawks fans who witnessed Trent's rendition of the horse- dance moves at a recent home game will be in his corner, hoping his dream is realised.
Trent will be sporting a massive poster of the Illawarra Mercury's front-page coverage of his show-stopping performance when he mingles with the thousands of fans expected at an outdoor morning concert.
Psy arrived at Sydney Airport yesterday to a whopping crowd for a whirlwind promotional tour. The superstar, whose real name is Jae-Sang Park, has brought eight back-up dancers and is due to perform in Martin Place this morning as part of Channel 7's Sunrise breakfast program.
Though not many details about Psy's appearance have been leaked, reports said a stage, complete with catwalk and lighting, had been erected to accommodate the special performance.
It's not known how much Psy is getting paid to appear Down Under, but during a recent visit to Las Vegas he reportedly requested about $60,000 a gig to sing and do his trademark dance.
