I can't find a tour that will stitch together these three but it's easy enough to construct your own itinerary.
The gateway to the battlefield sites is the city of Amiens, about a one-hour train ride from Paris. True Blue Digger Tours (trueblue-diggertours.com) offers day tours from the station at Amiens and their tours focus on the battles in which Australians fought, including Villers Bretonneux. Guide Barbara Legrand, gets excellent reviews for her knowledge and enthusiasm. Cobbers Battlefield Tours is another specialist battlefield tour operator, with Colin Gillard as the tour guide.
In Bruges, Your Bruges gets top marks among reviewers for its day tours of the city, and you can find plenty more tour suggestions on Viator.
Keukenhof is also known as the Garden of Europe, one of the world's largest flower gardens, with more than 800 varieties of tulips. Since this is a spring garden it is only open for a couple of months each year – March 23 to May 21 in 2017 – so you'll need to plan your itinerary to fit. Keukenhof is situated in Lisse, not far from Amsterdam. There are usually special "Keukenhof Express" bus services from Leiden Station, which you can get to easily from Amsterdam.
