The Lagoon Seafood Restaurant is an award-winning, waterfront restaurant in Wollongong, serving top quality food with excellent service.
“This year we celebrate our 30-year anniversary,” marketing manager Jonni Nicolaou said. “We are deeply proud of this milestone as a family owned and operated restaurant. My parents Vania and George Harrison established the Lagoon in 1986 and these days, the restaurant is run by myself and my brother Andrew Harrison.”

The Lagoon offers an interactive dining experience stimulating the five senses. With an open kitchen, customers are able to watch their chefs preparing and serving their meal. As the meal arrives, they can smell the freshness of the seafood and the spices throughout the sauce.
“We offer a hands-on experience with our hot and cold seafood platters,” they added. “We provide diners with crackers, a lobster pick, small spoon and fork for the oysters and a warm finger bowl to rinse hands.
“If there is another restaurant in the Illawarra at which you can enjoy top quality food and five star service, while watching your kids run around and enjoy themselves under the trees right next to your table, I’d like to know about it.
“We not only welcome, but actively encourage children, large groups, elderly diners, parties and everything inbetween.
