For those who love food there is a new dining experience in Wollongong – a mouthwatering seven-course degustation menu with matching wines, complete with a backstage pass.
The Lagoon Kitchen Table For 6 started recently and word is quickly spreading.
Lagoon’s executive chef Emmanuel Efstathiadis describes it as “a backstage pass into the life, work and passion of the kitchen”.

It starts in the Lagoon Lounge bar for a welcome glass of sparkling wine and canapes before guests are seated at the counter looking into the kitchen.
Mr Efstathiadis introduces each member of his team as they prepare each dish and explains how the kitchen works. After dinner guests are seated at a table where dessert, a nightcap and tea and coffee is served.
