There is plenty to celebrate with the Lagoon Seafood Restaurant not just content to operate a restaurant with quality food, great service and amazing views.
The Lagoon provides Wollongong foodies with a first-class dining experience and some fascinating new ways of dining such as Lagoon Experimental Kitchen (LEK), to rival any Sydney / Melbourne Restaurant.
The Lagoon Experimental Kitchen is an interactive and sensory dining experience. Diners enjoy a completely new menu, with food prepared in front of them.
They have the opportunity to take part in some of the cooking processes, and they learn about the produce and the cooking methods.
Their next Lagoon Experimental Kitchen is on Friday September 2 from 7pm with ‘Signature Dishes’.
The Lagoon works together with other local tourist attractions to bring you events such as The Wonders of Salt Degustation & Dinner Theatre during National Science Week, an annual celebration of science and technology during August 13-21.
