Gerringong Bowling Club enjoyed a massive turnout for its Surfside 2012 bowls carnival recently.
The four-day event featured 279 bowlers with 25 bowls clubs represented including a host of Sydney clubs and many from South Coast Zone 7.
There were a number of winning teams with the event featuring triples and fours.
Gerringong's Neil MacPherson and partners Jan King and Bob MacPherson took out the Mixed Triples with two wins and a plus 23-shot margin.
Albion Park's Pam Fuller with Janice Gardiner and Janice Hawke won the Ladies Triples, with two wins plus 39 shots.
Greg Shepperd (2 wins, +26) with Albion Park partners Trevor Quinn and Alastair Preston took out the Men's Triples, while Dapto's Brian Suckley (2 wins, +54) and partners Leigh Wagstaff, Kim Suckley and Zel Diamant won the Mixed Fours.
