The nine artworks are spread across three sites and were developed, designed and created with the help of local artists and the community.
Funded by Wollongong City Council’s Public Art and Graffiti Management programs, the artworks reflect the history and character of the area in the form of public seating and murals.
On Wednesday four artworks will be launched at Bellambi Neighbourhood Centre, plus seating at Bellambi Pool. A further four artworks will be launched on Thursday at Bellambi Surf Life Saving Club that celebrate Bellambi residents’ strong connection to the coast.
