Notorious killer Graham Gene Potter, who bludgeoned a woman to death in Corrimal before cutting her head and fingers off, is one of 19 fugitives being hunted in a national operation.

The former Wollongong coalminer spent 15 years in prison for the 1981 murder of teenager Kim Barry.
After meeting the 19-year-old at a Wollongong nightclub, Potter lured the shop assistant to his Corrimal flat before killing her and dumping her torso and dismembered head and fingers below Jamberoo Mountain lookout.
He was convicted and served 14 years before being released from jail in 1996.
Potter is one of 19 faces included as part of a new public appeal for information to help track down Australia’s most-wanted.
Operation Roam – Fugitive Hunt is a joint national campaign between Crime Stoppers, the police and the community. It began on Monday and runs until August 26.
The operation will use social media – namely Facebook and Twitter – to seek information from the community about fugitives who could be residing interstate.
Potter, now 58, is wanted over murder and drug trafficking allegations.
He was last seen around Tully, Queensland, in August 2010. He is also believed to have been in the NSW Riverina, using the aliases Peter Anderson and Josh Lawson.
The Tully sighting came more than seven months after Potter failed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates Court on conspiracy to murder charges.
Potter is accused of planning to murder two associates of Mick Gatto at the 2008 wedding of the underworld figure's son. A Victoria Police warrant for Potter’s arrest remains current.
Also in 2008, Potter was arrested in Tasmania over his alleged role in the importation of 15 million ecstasy tablets. He was extradited to Victoria but granted bail.
Authorities say even the most seemingly insignificant piece of information could be pivotal to finding a fugitive.
“These targets are living comfortably in a community somewhere in Australia. They go to the supermarket, travel on public transport and buy fuel at their local petrol station,” Crime Stoppers NSW chief executive Peter Price said.
Potter has been known to alter his appearance.
He has been described as 175cm tall, of medium build, with brown eyes, brown hair and a fair complexion.
