The bike ride, which is to raise money for Alzheimer's disease research, will start from North Bondi Surf Life Saving Club then travel through the Royal National Park before heading through Wollongong, Kiama and finishing in Berry.
The three organisers have all been touched by the disease.
Nick’s father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2011 and Pierre’s mother was diagnosed last year. James has worked in aged care since 2010 and has witnessed the stress the disease places on carers and family.
This prompted the guys to use their passion for cycling to raise awareness and funds to help find a cure for the terrible disease.
Dementia is the second leading cause of death in Australia, and there is currently no cure.
