A northwesterly stream will continue over Tasmania today while a cold front to the west of the state transforms into a complex area of low pressure. The area of low pressure is expected to move over Victoria and northern Tasmania during Sunday, then lie to the northeast of Tasmania on Monday. A weak ridge of high pressure will slowly move over the state late Monday and early Tuesday as another low and cold front approach from the west.
Forecast for Saturday:Partly cloudy. High (80%) chance of showers, most likely from late this morning. Winds north to northwesterly 15 to 20 km/h becoming light in the early afternoon. Daytime maximum temperatures between 13 and 16.

The faces of Australia: Megan Barker
Megan Barker became an online sensation when she was surprised with a $10,000 cheque.
She was working in her shop, Aangela’s Florist, in Kogarah when she welcomed customer and radio host Jackie O from KIIS 1065.
Unbeknownst to Mrs Barker a friend had gotten in touch with the radio station to share her story after seeing her struggle with health issues while still running her business.
